Regarding Confirmation Letter Dear Postgraduate Students, Kindly be informed that application for confirmation letter now can be done via email. Please follow the process: Go to engine.um.edu.my/ > Postgraduate Column > Click Application for Confirmation Letter > Complete the form > Send the softcopy to pgoffice.info@gmail The internal system will be upgraded from time to time to ensure that candidates can get access to our system 24 hours and less queue at the counter to apply for the confirmation letter. NO students are allowed to submit the application manually. To ensure that the system can be run smoothly, please make sure you submit your application according to the stipulated timing: • At least 5 working days for normal application • At least 30 working days for Visa application/renewal • Application MUST be submitted via this email only! pgoffice.info@gmail. Please stated clearly any additional information that you would like to add in the letter SUBJECT TO approval by the Assistant Registrar. Strictly follow the conditions as stated in the form.
