Regional Commercial Analyst Responsibilities: 1.Pricing Proposal •To coordinate with countries’ Account managers and prepare quotes to existing and potential, by performing profitability analysis with the available tools 2.Implementation of agreements •Support the implementation of agreements. •Monitor the proper implementation of agreements. 3.Rates Loading •To coordinate with the rates loading in system •To verify rates loaded 4.Analysis •To provide business analysis that will assist management in understanding the current trends in our business, and to predict what these trends are likely to mean for the future results •Monitor account profitability for the Accounts and initiate appropriate action plans. 5.Country Support •Ensure responses to countries questions / issues on use of systems demonstrating a complete understanding of pricing , commercial processes and best practises •Represent Commercial on all cross-functional projects and meeting as required. 6.Business Intelligence •Evaluate competitiveness of pricing proposals against competitors’ rates (when available). 7.Adhoc Projects •To assist in change programs and projects related to Commercial. 8.CSR and Health & Safety: •Comply with the companys corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within the companys systems and directly support line management in effectively implementing these management systems. Requirements: •Min Degree holder in Business Administration/Finance/Logistics or equivalent •Min 2-3 years of working experience in business/commercial analysis environment, preferably in Transportation and Logistic industry. •Experience with costing and pricing. •Extensive PC knowledge, especially in areas of database and spreadsheet software, e.g. Excel, Access and Foxpro. •Knowledge of Visual Basic Application would be an advantage.
