Regional Sales Manager တစ္ဦးအျမန္အလိုရွိပါသည္။ We offer - Salary - $1000 Job description - Monitoring & guiding the team for smooth functioning - Setting and distributing business objectives for each team member - Achieving the business objectives for the financial year - Ensuring implementation & completion of marketing activities/strategies within the time frame - Developing & maintaining report with new as well as existing customers - Monitoring & ensuring ROI from the KOLs - SOS - Recruiting & maintaining the budgeted team - Identifying & imparting periodic training to the team to make them self dependent in functioning - Delegating & monitoring the key activities - Planning & Monitoring daily/monthly call plan / reports of reporters - Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses - Covering shortlisted KOLs from Doctor list as per plan & frequency - Monitoring the induction of the new promoter/Supervisor/Medical Detailer - On job training - Analyzing the call plans / reports & taking corrective actions - Analyzing periodic sales for taking necessary actions to accomplish the business objective - Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors - Monthly basis - Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities - In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/weekly basis - Periodically (monthly) evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions - Planning & forecasting the periodic sales figure to assist overall business objective - Periodic review of CRM activities to facilitate investment decisions - Coordinating with Brand team to generate more awareness & reliability among customers through promotions & events Desired Skills and Expertise - Effective communication & convincing abilities - Time management - Ability to work as team leader - Ability to motivate the team - Analytical abilities - Graduate; preferably science or pharmacy - Same or equivalent experience of minimum 3-4 years - Should have experience of handling big team (10-15 people) - Good track record of performer as a manager or equivalent position - Add on - Diploma/degree in marketing - Positive attitude - Aggression & self commitment - Dedicated towards achievement - Ability to take self initiative - For Marketing Department ေလွ်ာက္ထားလိုသူမ်ား zin@jobsinyangon သို႔ CV ေပးပို႔၍ေလွ်ာက္ထားႏိုင္ပါသည္။ အေသးစိတ္သိရွိလိုပါက 09-250238091 သို႔ဆက္သြယ္စံုစမ္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။
