Reinerio (Rey) Hernandez is one of the Co-Founders of FREE and is on the “FREE Experiencer Research Project Committee” that is undertaking the first ever comprehensive, peer reviewed, “ACADEMIC study” of the “ET Contact Phenomena”. This research project is designed and chaired by two retired tenured professors of psychology. FREE was established with the insistence and guidance of Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the 6th man on the moon, Founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and Dr. Rudy Schild, Emeritus Professor of Astro-Physics at the Harvard University and currently with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astro-Physics. Both are founding members of FREE’s Board of Advisors. Rey is an Experiencer and is currently employed as an Estate Tax Attorney with the IRS, US Dept of Treasury. He was previously the Director of the Center for a Sustainable Urban Environment at the City University of New York and the Director of the Office of Community Environmental Planning for the City of New York. He has attended Rutgers College, Cornell University and was a Ph.D. Candidate at U.C. Berkeley in City and Regional Planning. He was also recipient of the prestigious National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. Rey resides with his family in Miami, Florida.
