Releasing Thoughts of Judgment and Self-Judgment There is no judgment in God/Source. If there is no judgment in God, then there is no judgment in Truth. Thus let us today remember that it is never the truth in us that judges others or ourselves, it is the ego’s illusionary programming in us that does. Let us use this fact to help awaken us from the illusion, for any time today when we notice ourselves judging others or ourselves this can now become a clear sign and opportunity to take back control of our thinking from the ego. What a wondrous gift to be able to in the moment stop the ego from thinking, acting, and reacting for us. It is this gift that the return to the present moment, the return to the truth within offers, the opportunity to begin deprogramming ourselves from the ego. Today when judgment or self-judgment look to pollute our minds, let us not fan the flames of fear’s false fires, instead say to yourself: “I am not defined by the ego’s illusionary programming, I am still and have always been as God created me, I am eternal, awake, and whole.
