Relief for ABST Registrants with outstanding debts to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) St. John’s, Antigua – July 16, 2014……The Ministry of Finance announces the first of its “Fresh Start Initiative” through the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). Under this initiative, the IRD will waive all penalties and interests for ABST Registrants who pay their outstanding debts. In order to benefit from this initiative, delinquent Taxpayers are requested to come into the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and settle these arrears promptly. Please take note, that this waiver of penalties and interests will only be applied on payments made in the months of July and August 2014.
