Ideal office mates would be ones needing the following: a private room decorated to your taste and willing to share on occasion with other energy workers needing the space after hours when you arent using it; large shared meeting room access for group training or pow wows; restroom access; reception area; A/C & Heating; wireless internet access and electricity only, No phone. And yes, I would need decorating ideas for the restroom, reception area and hallway. No cost to you. Your room however is your room. Expected monthly investment is $250 for small room, $325 for larger room and that includes utilities. Month-to-month , 2-months in advance no long term agreement. Key access provided.
