Remember, Remember the 5th of November: Why should November be remembered at all ? To me personally, November marks the month I arrived in prison, left my family, my mates met their fates, and our revolution celebrates it’s strength. I have seen the past year both the greatness and the personal disloyalty that every great movement has in itself. I have seen injustices righted and close friends turned. I have felt both the closeness and the distance from a movement that asked nothing of me yet received much. I no longer wish to risk my family for the politics of small cliques. I was very much a part of anonymous to help those without a voice be heard. I protested along many of you at occupy camps throughout America, I video taped injustices, I fed the hungry and gave confidence to those that were denied a voice. I no longer bother myself however with the movement because it has pushed me away by proving that it is not only capable but willing to cannibalize its supporters to stroke the ego of the few. I may not be a part of YOUR movement but I am still a part of one. What I have not given up on is the truth that attracted me to Anonymous in the first place. I refuse to forget those who have fallen before, after, and with me. I refuse to forget those who have helped me for so long for so little. I will continue to push for a free education system, the freedom of information and the amplification of those who without would never be heard. I have learned that as a person I empower Anonymous through my dedication to greatness, it is not the other way around. I hope that this 5th of November those who still fly the Fawkes banner spread the truth, passion, remembrance, and action that attracted others like myself to the IDEA of anonymous. May you celebrate the people who not only live by these ideas but are the embodiment of them. May you celebrate yourselves for spreading this wisdom and not those who only push hate.
