Remember how I spent my allowance last month on some cards at a thrift store (to benefit our local animal rescue group)? Well, I bought a Get Well Soon card even though I didnt know then which one of my friends would need it. I wanted to be prepared, and its a good thing because I just found out that my neighbor is having surgery this very week. Surgery can be scary, so I wanted her to know that I was thinking of her. She is very nice and takes good care of Cheyenne and me when our parents are gone. Sometimes she comes over to help my mom play with our foster puppies. Cheyenne and I added our paw prints to her card and then crammed a hug inside before we sealed the envelope. I hope she likes it.
