Remember the televised debate Wednesday night between Rick Scott and Charley Crist when Scott kept saying for us to check the facts? Well, 5 reporters did. I cant comprehend guys like Scott? Do they think we are all stupid and idiots, or is that just their base, which probably represents 25% of the Republican Party, but over 50% of those who vote? The 5 reporters found Scott wrong on all of his facts, including charging Crist for an act Jeb Bush signed in 2006, just like Charley said. Scotts only half truth was the loss of 832,000 jobs. Yes jobs were lost in the WORLD-WIDE Recession, not in Florida alone, and that cant be contributed to a Governor, but Republican President George W. Bush probably. Charleys only half truth was the 120,000 jobs created through Medicaid expansion. Politifact said yes, there would be jobs created but no, we dont know how many. Two Debates down, one to go. Jeb Bush fully endorses Scott, showing he really has no national interests. In any normal situation this Election now should be No Contest, which is what Scott may be pleading soon with his Election Law violation. November 4 cant come soon enough for we Progressives who love this State and dont want to see it turned into a Big Sugar Evergades clogged cesspool with fracking rights for the Koch Nazis everywhere.
