Rememberance day is approaching quickly. I challenge you all to make a card for a veteran or current military member. If you dont know one you can just take it with you and give it to one of the Salvation Army members that give out the poppies every year or send them my way and I will bring them all in to the Halifax military base and pass them out. If you take part in this challenge Id love to see a photo of your card.. or better yet a photo of the veteran/military member with your card. :) You just never know... there might be a random little prize. ;) How about a little inspiration to get you started?? Heres a card I made last year for my Great Uncle, neighbour and veteran member. He is an absolute joy to know and I am so proud of him for his contributions all those years ago.
