Remembering that the main consideration of legalizing ganja surrounds its medicinal values and to derive these essentials from it, would be the reality for its recognition for legalization...and that is for Medical Usage only when CONTROLS can be instilled in a DOSAGE from a responsible professional in this area of saving lives.... This also ensures that if and when this legalization is recognized it is done so with a CONSCIENCE and therefore would signal an excellent start. Then RESEARCH under the same responsible medical supervision is enabled continuity during its usage, through the observation of the very responsiveness of those to whom it is dispensed and recorded. Depending on the outcome of this then the detrimental (if any) side effects will be more accurately established and documented, therefore determining if the open utilization of legalization can be realized. At the same time persons are educated in its proper usage of the DRUG overtime, to effect its reason for such a decision, to help/heal as opposed to harm....
