Reminder this starts tomorrow: Pls re-bc to Durban contacts: As salaamu alaikum Starting next Tuesday the 25th of February in sha Allah, ILM-SA will be hosting a group class for women wanting to learn how to recite the surahs frequently read correctly i.e melodiously and with tajweed. These include Wad-duhaa to Naas and will be taught in a highly effective repetitive style by Shaykh Naasirrudeen Az-Zubair of the Comoros. Shaykh has studied Quranic recitation for several years in Egypt. He has successfully taught the children who attend our madrasah how to recite these surahs confidently and fluently within a short time frame. These classes will take place in the first classroom on the left in the upstairs classroom section of the NMJ Islamic Centre every Tuesday excluding public and school holidays from 11am to 12pm starting on Tuesday the 25th February in sha Allah. Cost: a R200 monthly donation payable on the day of the first lesson to our administrative assistant Anisa who will go around the class collecting fees. This donation is payable monthly at the start of each month and enables us to pay the teacher and organise the course. No need to register - simply pitch up with a copy of the Quran and a pencil.
