Renowned Educationists of Doda passes away MOHD MAJID MALIK Doda, August 31: Renowned Educationist of Doda, Master Doulat Ram Bhagat, Father of Master Om Parkash Bhagat passes away this morning after prolonged illness at his residence Mohalla Dandian Doda. He was around 83 years old and served in education department for more than 35 years. Doulat Ram Bhagat played an important rolein bringing the modern methods of teaching practice in educationally backward Doda District and will be remembered for his teaching skills. Meanwhile several political, social organizations besides various NGOs of Doda included Doda Welfare Society President Mohd Iqbal Balwan have expressed their grief and sorrow over the death of Master Doulat Ram Bhagat and described his death agreat loss to the field of education sector. Meanwhile, the members also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to family members to bear this irreparable loss...
