Rep. Starnes is at it again, supporting regulation/taxation without representation and denying voting rights by opposing Senator Souceks great bill to ban Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) in Boone (it needs to be banned period in NC, as it causes ETJ residents to be put under the authority of officials they are denied the right to vote for/against and denies them the right to for office). Mayor Balls comment at the end is especially ridiculous as the use of ETJ actually undermines the peoples rights in those jurisdictions.
