Media and their political spokespersons have not been helpful. So much disinformation exists that its hard to get to any real facts. Fact is that presidents have NO authority inside our borders, and even executive orders must be authorized by the House to be funded. In order to accept a dictatorship- you have to have proof of one, and the fact that the president signed an EO in 09 to close gitmo and its still open is part of the proof one doesnt exist. Turns out over 50 years ago the NDAA took military control away from the president and all hes really left with is the treaty process. Regulatory arms of govt are independent agencies- private contractors. Hired by congress to take the work load off them so they can basically spend the year debating the NDAA. The CIA, FEMA, EPA, FTC, NASA, and the NSA are all the same as the Federal Reserve system and not part of the government at all. They report too lawmakers but in the end- try and find a document where they get orders from them. You cant. Even the so called appointed position from the president really has no authority as seen in another thread i did where the director of the CIA is from a list provided by the senate to the president to pick from. And the D/CIA really only oversees the budget and a spokesperson to report back to the president/congress. So if we are going to address federal govt WE NEED TO GO AFTER THE APPROPRIATE PARTY RESPONSIBLE. Stop blaming people/persons that have no authority in it. Whenever i see a MSM article that the president did this or that- i dig a little deeper because he has none. An article titled Obama Imposed 75,000 Pages of New Regulations in 2014 is hitting the social platforms- so i decided to take on a research project and see just where they are getting this from. Remember the EPA is its own entity and the bulk of this article is about the EPA. You blame the EPA. Under the corporate structure- you than sue the EPA. I know this is hard to accept from the conditioning of the media... but we do in fact have a very open and upfront transparent govt. You just need to know where to look. In THIS CASE- the article gave us just where to look- Regulations.gov. A whole door opened into investigating this monstrosity of the regulatory world that really dictates our existence. You cant even really say congress is- but the House can defund any of these at any time. They actually killed a bill that would have defunded the NSA in 12. In an article title Catch 22 we learn that 1/2 the patents on canibis are owned by China and the argument Monsanto may be getting into the synthetic canaboid buisness may happen as well. Turns out in the ((MAIN POST)) that our govt is actually looking out for us, specifically the Attorney General in this case. The Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 (Pub. L. 98-473), which was signed into law on October 12, 1984, amended section 201 of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 811) to give the Attorney General the authority to temporarily place a substance into Schedule I of the CSA for one year without regard to the requirements of 21 U.S.C. 811(b) if he finds that such action is necessary to avoid imminent hazard to the public safety. I cant stand Eric Holder and as much as i cant wait for him to get out- seems he left us a little protection against china and monsatano before he did. You see- The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing this notice of intent to temporarily place five synthetic cannabinoids into the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) pursuant to the temporary scheduling provisions. This is a direct shot in the arm to both china and monsanto.
