Repost: Can someone please clear something up for me in regards to NSW Housing and Community housing? How many offers are we entitled to before they have a right to put us back at the bottom of the waiting list, is it 2 or 3? They say they are not linked together but if i were to get an offer from Housing NSW and an offer from Community Housing then that is counted as 2 offers! How is that possible if they are not connected? Also, if you are made an offer and have just signed a lease in private renting isnt that a good enough reason not to accept offer? And if the location of the house is too far from work and your childs school (no car for transport) can you appeal? If your appeal is rejected then do you still have the offer or do you get put at the bottom of waiting list? Hope you can clear this up for me, thanks 😊
