Reposted from a Lebanon citizen - the sad thing is this is almost an every day occurrence since January 1st. As Chief Parent made it clear, its politics before patient care. Karen Gerrish and Ben Thompson continue to make excuses to take away the spotlight on the failed rescue department since January 1st. Linda Miller My niece is taking care of my father who is 84 and was just released from a Sanford Nursing Home to her care. He began having difficulty breathing last evening and my niece, who lives in Lebanon, Maine on Merchants Row called 911 for an ambulance. NO ONE RESPONDED, so she called Frisbie Hospital and they sent an ambulance and got there as soon as they could, HOWEVER this could very well be a life and death situation for my father as he is quite ill. What is going on in this town??? I cant believe there is no 911 service!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE and SOON!!!
