Residence Services has lineup some amazing Professional Development In-Service opportunities for the fall semester. An accomplished speaker, leader and educator, we are very EXCITED that Norb Dunkel, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs for Auxiliary Services at University of Florida will kick off our first In-Service scheduled for Thursday, September 19 at Kent State University. Dunkel will sit down with me for a Google+ interactive interview with a focus on “Advising from a Student Centered Point of View” and we will also cover other topics germane the profession of student affairs. Simply put, Norb is an outstanding professional who has contributed to the field in so many ways and we are honored that he will be participating in this interview. He brings enthusiasm, energy and a "can do attitude/spirit" to everything he does. This is the first of three powerful and thought provoking In-Services being sponsored by us.
