Respected Adv Hc Arora ji....................I HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE UP SUBSIDY ON COOKING GAS CYLINDERS: Friends, I have always been against providing subsidy to affluent persons. Subsidies are always meant for poor people. I am of the considered view that concession of subsidy on cooking gas should be withdrawn from all Ministers/MLAs/IAS/IPS/State Civil Services Officers/all other officers having salaries comparable with aforesaid categories of officers, and those belonging to “real creamy layer” like me who can afford to give up such subsidies. Let me make it clear, this decision has no “over tones” of any type-it is just a decision of a social activist-My fight against anti-people policies of Governments shall continue with same vigour.
