She thinks I should grovel at the feet of warmongers for securing these rights. I do not see Syria as a serious threat to our to our 1st Amendment Rights. I am a Vietnam era Army veteran. I have also smuggled Bibles into China, Vietnam, Laos, and Cuba. My wife Donna and I have together and separately ministered on the streets, on campus, at murder mills, and various political and social events for a combination of 68 years. Few people have more experience in 1st Amendment activities than we. Donna and I have been arrested over 200 times, served much time in various jails, and are we under various “free speech” injunctions. We have watched our freedoms slip away. We can tell you that the 1st Amendment is about as secure as the 2nd Amendment. Mrs. Real, like most people, does not realize our lack and loss of freedom because they do not exercise them. Any experienced street preacher will tell you these freedoms are fragile at best. We have over 300 videos on Youtube which attest to this fact. If you think our experience is singular, there are thousands of other videos from others. If you still believe the 1st Amendment is alive and well, stand on any street corner with a picture of an aborted baby or a sign which reads “SODOMY RUINS NATIONS,” and experience the wrath of both the public and police 1st hand. You might even experience your 1st arrest!
