Response to the Call of Elizabeth Warren, Esteemed Senator from the State of Massachusetts of the United States of America, on this date, October 1, 2013: pertaining to her Urgent Call to Action, entitled: “This is a Democracy” Upon reading her pronouncement, we do respond with the utmost of respect, commitment, and urgency in kind, as stated below: “We, the Women in Red All American Tea Party Revolution-- of the Children by the Children, and for the Children-- do publicly declare on this day October 1st, in the year 2013 that we pledge to uphold the Rule of Law of the United States of America, established on the 4th day of July, 1776 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This said Rule of Law is now being challenged on every front in our nation’s Capitol in Washington, D.C. We do so now by standing by our Great, Duly Elected, Liege Lady of the Realm Elizabeth Warren, and all the brave Lords and Ladies in the Senate and the House of Representatives of these United States of America who support her. Of late, perfidious forces have run riot in our Great Land, destroying the value of our very homes, threatening our children’s right to an education, threatening our ability to obtain employment, and threatening to destroy our ability to receive medical care of body, soul and/or mind at a fair price. Our great Liege Lord, Barrack Obama, duly elected President of the United States of America in 2008, and again in 2012, by a grand majority of We the American people, did forthwith create a Magnificent Plan to address all of these dire needs. Many of his supporting legislators in the Senate and the House of Representatives of these United States worked most diligently with Heart, Body and Soul, to enact this legislation, offering many compromises to fellow Legislators who did not agree with their views. Encountering almost no willingness to compromise on the part of these individuals, and with the utmost of concern for the welfare of We the People, these same legislators attempted to pass the legislation on their own. They often failed, due to the mighty weapon of the “supermajority” (aka filibuster) that the Republican Knaves wielded time and time again.** The one glorious Law that escaped this fate was the Affordable Care Act. With the Supreme Court’s blessing, it was to have commenced on October 1st, 2013. The Repub-licans over this past weekend, were able to garner enough votes of their fellow representatives, to shut down the government of our nation, solely to block the opening of this program. Senator Warren has called upon each of us to rally to the her side, as well as to that of our Liege Lord Barack Obama in this cause. Let it be known to all in the Realm: this is not a call to save only Affordable Health Care services for all: it is a call to come to the aid of our most mortally wounded Democracy. To this, We, the Women of Tea Party Revolution do pledge, as did our great Forefathers and Foremothers of 1776, our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honors.
