Retirement Plan Services New Business & Project Coordinator II Tulsa, Oklahoma Current Opening (Relocation Assistance Provided) Bank of Oklahoma has an immediate opening for a Retirement Plan Services New Business & Project Coordinator II in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Retirement Plan Services New Business & Project Coordinator II focuses primarily on plan conversions for plans with a higher complexity level of 4-6. This individual may be responsible for coordinating any or all aspects of plan conversions for defined contribution plans, whether the plan is a start up, one being converted from another record keeper or an existing BOk client plan moving from the periodic to daily environment. Plan conversion responsibility includes not only processing considerations, but also ensuring that information available for loading to the Omni recordkeeping system will allow the plan to be processed in accordance with the plan document and applicable laws and regulations, once converted. There are frequent changes to timelines that require the conversion coordinator to adjust their work schedules to meet stringent deadlines. The position may also be responsible for updating and maintaining data on our web application where clients and participants access account records (i.e. web and voice systems), creating, modifying and/or running sponsor reports, coordinating participant statement submission with external vendor, and handling global processes affecting all daily recordkeeping plans.. This position has a training and oversight role for entry level coordinators related to conversions, voice/web coordination, sponsor reporting, and many other functions. This includes performing verification of plan setups and approval of large dollar manual trades. . Thorough knowledge of employee benefit laws and regulations for defined benefit contribution plans . Advanced knowledge of trust recordkeeping systems . Thorough knowledge of trust accounting systems . Working knowledge of accounting principles . Ability to analyze data in order to solve problems within framework of plan documentation and government regulations, and Omni operating system . Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to deal with internal contacts as well as external client contacts at all levels, representing Retirement Plan Services in a very effective and professional manner . Excellent organizational skills, ability to utilize resources to meet exceptionally stringent deadlines despite unexpected delays on the part of others, and changes in client requests or timetables . Excellent PC skills including spreadsheets, macros, and editor software to facilitate balance load and reconciliation of information .
