That is the place where the secret unfolds itself to us, the place where Being is passing into Appearance, and Unity is passing into Variety. To stand where we see Being and Unity only, or Appearance and Variety only, is to stand afar, and not be present at the revealing of the secret. We who know the secret see all Being as One, but we also see that One as the Continent or Container of the Many, the Source of the Many, the Projector of the Many. ~Kate Boehme Rev. Dr. Steve Wallings Insight into the above quote: For many the idea that; I and God are one, a unity, a part of the greater Unity is the new idea that begins the spiritual journey to freedom. The secret of the true nature of oneness and unity of all that has been kept from people by belief in old dogmatic theology is being seen for what it is. By being taught only old and often discriminating and limiting beliefs people have been kept in a mindset of being subservient, a mindset of less-than-ness, they are on some level unworthy, that they had to perform certain acts or be certain way else they would suffer the fate of the damned has kept them in a level of spiritual and often material bondage. People are learning once again a different understanding and the secret is no longer a secret. There is a light of Truth that has been and is being rediscovered and it is freeing those who have discovered and embodied it for themselves. That Truth is there is but One, called by many names, It is all that is. There is no duality, there is no polarity of good and evil, there is only Spirit, only One Universal and all are a part of that One. We who know the secret see all Being as One, but we also see that One as the Continent or Container of the Many, the Source of the Many, the Projector of the Many. This is the understanding of the universality of humanity. We are One. I and my Father are One. Affirmation For Today: Peace be me. Today I know there can be no opposition, there can be no other there is only One. Peace be me. I celebrate the allness of humanity and I know the Love of Spirit is alive in all.
