Revelation 1. The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who testifies to everything he saw-that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near. Revelation is a book about the future and the present. It offers future hope to all believers, especially those who will repent from every sin and die to self, suffering for their faith, by proclaiming Christs final victory over evil and the reality of eternal life with him. It also gives present guidance as it teaches us about Jesus Christ and how we should live for him now. JESUS is coming again! Evil will be judge, lukewarm Christians will be spitted out, and the dead will be raised to judgement, resulting in eternal life or eternal destruction. HELL
