Rewind to last evening; Usual Halloween tradition is for myself and neighbors to stand outside in one location and hand out the treats. reason; most of us have dogs, while not vicious, they do bark when someone is at the door, so to eliminate that craziness, we stand outside Normally we have 80-90 trick or treaters, last evening, there were barely 25. We were walking our dogs by 7:30 PM and the neighborhood was empty & quiet. Wondering if anyone else experienced the same ?
