Richest blessing and our deepest appreciation of Dominican mothers everywhere. Your sacrifice, guidance and wisdom has helped to raise a nation. As a people we will be forever in your debt. I want to particularly give tribute to the single mothers of Dominica. You are the true bedrock of our society. Special greetings to my beautiful wife Melissa from Dmitry and me. You are a wonderful caring mother and a fine example to young mothers everywhere. To my own mother, Julie and my dear Aunt Stella who raised me , none of life’s successes would have been possible without your counsel or support. You taught me the importance of family and the importance of Dominica. The two combined are what we celebrate today as we focus on the women who have built this country. Happy Mother’s Day to you all!
