The building has 4 apartments and all neighbors are very cool and very quiet. Lots of room considering- big kitchen, big living room, nice, clean bathroom, descent sized bedroom, too much closet space and even a little study. Exposed brick- if youre into that kind of thing. Plenty of windows and lots of light. Its a steal by Richmond standards...really cool place, best place Ive lived in while in Richmond...by far.
