Right now, right across the Country, there are tens of thousands of so-called ‘poor’, so-called ‘black’, ‘coloured’ and Indian bank Clients who are being CHEATED and ROBBED and THIEVED from and STOLEN from by their very own banks. In the Equality Courts across South Africa Cases of discrimination are beginning to be presented to these High Courts. Please just take a look at a website which has only recently appeared. It is called helloemerald (phone 082 291 1333). There you will see such Bad Business Practice by the FirstRand Group against their very own bank Clients/ Consumers. As it is this bank got away with over R 2 Billion when they ‘short-changed’ Saambou Clients, after this bank took over the Saambou ‘book’. They only paid out R 153 Million whereas they should have refunded R 2,55 Billion. Now this latest CHEATING and CROOKING and THIEVING and STEALING from their very own bank Clients by way of discrimination against them - i.e. People who are the so-called ‘poor’ and who are so-called ‘black’ and ‘coloured’ and Indian - is coming to light. It is an utter National disgrace what this bank (and no doubt the other banks as well) are doing to their very own bank Clients/Consumers. It is so bad that Police Cases are being opened against this bank by this bank’s very own bank Client. Just 3 examples in the Cape are - Case No. 603/2/2014; 604/2/2014; 605/2/2014. Perhaps UBUNTU can send a Member of UBUNTU to the Equality Court when the Case of Magdalena Pietersen and two others begins in the Cape High Court (Case No. EC 9/2013) ? If UBUNTU is present in the Court it can assist these ‘simple’ so-called ‘poor’ so-called ‘black’ ‘coloured’ and Indian bank Clients in these Equality Court Cases. Judges need to find in favour of these so-called ‘poor’, so-called ‘black’ and ‘coloured’ and Indian People, notwithstanding ‘public policy’ and ‘pending chaos’ which should not compel Judges to find in the banks’ favour. I ask you, please, The Michael Tellinger of UBUNTU - Mr. Emerald van Zyl and the People that he is trying so hard to help in the Equality Courts, need your support in this ‘fight to STOP discrimination’ by this bank against their very own so-called ‘poor’, so-called ‘black’, ‘coloured’ and Indian bank Clients.
