Rixos Alamein hotel Surprisingly enough they have a contradicting system against all odds.. We were a group of 5 outsider guest who wanted to have lunch in the Turkish rest where we were stopped by the most unprofessional guest relation employee that I ever met when she insisted that the restaurants is fully booked after a long arguing we were able to enter in a totally empty place with no single person.... Later we contacted the manager Mohamad hanafy who confirmed that it s a private hotel!!!!... I v been everywhere in the world... And was never ever faced such statement .. It s a shame honestly with such a reputable international chain and I will fwrd this to the mother company... So plz if ur an outside guest dont go there n save urself the humiliation
