Road Closure scheduled for Malletts Bay Ave in Winooski tomorrow. IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURE NOTIFICATION: MALLETTS BAY AVE. IN WINOOSKI On Wednesday, December 17, 2014, New England Central Railroad will be making repairs to the at-grade crossing on Malletts Bay Avenue in Winooski. Work is expected to take one day. Malletts Bay Avenue will be CLOSED in both directions from 6:00am to 5:00pm. All motorists who are able to use alternate routes during this timeframe are strongly encouraged to do so. Essential traffic will be detoured and should expect delays.
