Roasted Mustard Sprouts... 2T ground mustard or yellow mustard, 2T Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 C EVO 1/4 C bread crumbs 2 C Brussels Sprouts quartered Preheat oven to 400F. Chop Brussels Sprouts into quarters and place in mixing bowl Toss everything else over the top and stir until all is coated. Aluminum Foil over baking sheet and spread the mixture across flat in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes.
