Roll call! Like if you got your workout in today? Comment below what you did. Feel like working your core and your booty? Then lets do some Pilates! Get down on your mat. Lay on your back. Been your knees place your feet flat on the mat. Took your tailbone under and lift your hips to the sky as you engage your core. Hold this pose statically. Lift one leg high to the sky while you point your toe, then flex your foot, bring your leg down in the line and then released to the floor. Repeat on the other side. Do as many repetitions as you need to feel the burn in your glutes, your legs, and possibly your core.
