Room for rent! Anyone need a roommate? I live in the San Tan Valley area if anyone is interested. Itd be $540 a month and that includes everything. Cable, internet, utilities, electric, etc. theres an empty parking space in the driveway. The room has a tv with cable hooked up and a private bathroom connected to it. Its fully furnished so if you have extra furniture I do have storage space. That or you can use the empty downstairs room but theres no private bath attached to that one. Obviously you would have access to everything in the house as well. washer/dryer. All that good stuff. I would need someone who is dependable though and as long as you can clean up after your own messes thats all I ask. :) cross roads are hunt hwy and Bella Arizona farms road. And its great for country thunder cuz Im only about 15-20 min from the grounds ;) let me know if interested.
