Root your andriod phone and get access to system apps/ROM if you want increase your device ram performance/ more free space in your ROM... This way you can customize your rom, also by deleting apps like google+, youtube, etc which uses your data connection and load automatically at startup will increase your ram performance, moreover apps using power consumption will decrease..... A good advantage of rooting is you can install custom ROMS like MIUI and COLOR etc which are based on andriod 4.3 jellybean. I always play with andriod for learning operation of such OS at any risk..... ;) I deleted many apps including language packs
