Roughly 200 bikers staged a rally Saturday morning on the New Castle County courthouse steps in support of the Thunderguards Motorcycle Clubs push to remain at their Riverside clubhouse. On May 15, representatives from the black motorcycle club will appear in county Superior Court on charges that the clubhouse in the 2800 block of Northeast Blvd. is a criminal hotbed.
