Ruben Flores is reporting on the Railroad Canyon Rd. accident (near Lambs Fellowship) and power outage that, as of 8:40 pm, Railroad IC (Incident Command) advising Cal-Fire personnel are available from scene, no confirmation on fatality, possibly only injury accident. Large scale power outage involving half of Lake Elsinore, half of Menifee, and a large portion of Canyon Lake. Outage duration estimated to be 5-6 hours, also advising RRCR will be closed for an estimated 7-8 hours. (Thanks for the update Ruben)
