Rule Updates for 2015 A new rule in effect; A rider can race either a 20 or 24 while competing in the Novice class. Once 10 wins have been achieved, the rider can advance to Intermediate on a 20, or Cruiser(expert) on a 24. The no clip pedals rule remains in place for all Novices. NUMBER PLATES 3 minimum number height Make sure your number is unobstructed and easily seen by scoring officials. We want to score you correctly District plates, black numbers on a white background National Age Group(NAG), black numbers on grey background National, white numbers on black background Gold Cup, black number on yellow background Race of Champion(ROC), black number on red background State plates, white numbers on blue(experts), white numbers on green(nov/inter) *also, these plates can only be run at in-your-state, non-national events A reminder for those of you competing for a State title; A rider must compete in, no less than, 4 State Quailfiers and the State Final, in their perspective state. You can race more but only your best 4 finishes(plus the Finals) will count towards your ranking. Bonus points can be earned by racing single point races prior to July 15th. One bonus point per two races, up to four points total.
