Rumors may circulate at the workplace about possible changes in management, replacements of employees, or other sorts of corporate shakeup, which could cause a certain panic. So some of the team members calling me at home to discuss the matter. However, these rumors are probably based on little more than gossip, so dont take them seriously. Someone in the organization could have an axe to grind and tend to blow things all out of proportion. Try not to engage in this gossip, stay calm, and let the callers know that for me the best strategy seems to focus on the work at hand. That should get me through.
