Runes today are suggesting that you are very intuitive and need to trust your information, feed positive loving thoughts. Your defenses are strong. Once more I am asked to remind you that ancestral, and core values are brought to the forefront and you are definitely clearing out and healing what you no longer need to carry with you. There is greatness in small things and what we do today, (and yesterday), will survive us and make positive changes for future generations.
