Running around the train - I shared this with The Incomparable Grandchild as a lesson in success. If there are young women in your household, I invite you to do likewise. 1. She is young, I guessed about 18, perhaps just old enough to legally do this kind of work. 2. Its a complicated machine, but she probably learned in small, simple steps. 3. She makes it look easy; shes good at it, which only comes from practice, practice, practice. 4. Shes not perfect at it; you can see hesitance and some going-back, but she still runs the engine. All those little errors mean she is new at this work - time and more practice, practice, practice are all she needs. 5. She is learning how we all learn, by doing it before we get perfect.
