Rural women comprise the majority of women in our region and yet - TopicsExpress

Rural women comprise the majority of women in our region and yet they are amongst the most marginalised. ARROW has tried as far as possible to be cognisant of this gap - and a few years back we brought out the ARROW for Change on Rural Womens SRHR which is available arrow.org.my/publications/AFC/v13n1.pdf and was translated into Mandarin and Tamil. Last year we partnered with the amazing Asian Rural Womens Coalition to work on the Womens Travelling Journal on SRHR to gather incredible stories of women across 15 countries in the Global South. The publication is in the works, but here is an equally inspiring video! Incredible work by all - The Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) with Jaz Lumang, Nalini Singh, Malyn Ando, Biplabi Shrestha, Yukari Horii, Arpita Das, Nadia Rajaram, Sachini Perera, Erika Mandreza Sales, Dhivya Kanaga, Siva Rajeswary, Paremela Naidu, Rosnani Hitam and of course our incredible partners - ShirkatGah PK, Yayasan Kesehatan Perempuan, Beyond Beijing Committee, Why not?, MAP Foundation, Ruwsec TN, Sahayog India, MONFEMNET National Network, Women and Media Collective (WMC), Naripokkho. #SRHR4ALL youtu.be/v9P4_6q4054
