Russell Brand is a bit crazy. I like that. He is unafraid to say what he is thinking. I am ashamed to say that the world is so screwed up that men of violence and death can be given awards for peace. Truly it is a time when wrong can be portrayed as right, down is up and war is peace. As bad as George Bush was, a clear difference between Little Georgie and Obama is hard to find except that what Little Georgie did Obama has at least continued and at worst broadened. The undeniable data is in. The facts are on the table for all to see if they but open their eyes. Obama is clearly no he presented himself to be. He has clearly violated the trust the American people put in him when he was elected in 2007. That being the case, if Obama was a man of character, he would immediately return his medal for peace and apologize to the world. He should say I am not worthy. I have betrayed your trust. But that would require honor, integrity and a love for mankind. Not bloody likely to happen, now is it? The fact that he had no record as a peacemaker should have prevented even his nomination. That is the fault of the committee. As they gave it to him perhaps they should ask for its return. I do not know if there is a precedent, but if not, there certainly should be and what better place to start that with President Obama and what better time than yesterday? Albert.
