Bush) 2014 Ukraine (US President: Obama) See a relationship between the conflicts and the U.S. Presidency? There isnt one. Putins actions would have been the same regardless of whos in charge in the US. (Postscript: I usually try to stay away from politics on Facebook, but Mr. McCain is way off-base. Maybe he should do some research before calling his feckless press conferences.)
