Rylie is a 12-month-old puppy who belonged to someone who tied him up somewhere....and then along came a second someone who untied Rylie and brought him to the ACC....and tonight, this friendly puppy needs a rescue group to save his life. Why is that? Because the ACC decided that since Rylie is young, active, and jumped up on the assessor, they were going to give this puppy only a partial SAFER, and ultimately, a New Hope rating. Check out the parts of the test they *did* complete, and check out those scores: Rylie had NO PROBLEM in letting someone mess around with his resources, and he was fine with the dog-to-dog portion. The only person in New York City who thinks Rylie is any kind of concern, is unfortunately, the one person in New York City who was conducting the SAFER exam. This is a good young pup who needs a home, not a needle full of death.
