A volunteer writes: My new nickname for Sasha is Curious George because no matter what were doing she just loves to be in on the action! This charming wee lady is a social butterfly with the curiosity of a toddler and every new sight, scent or person is met with wide-eyed wonder. Spending time with Sasha is a lesson in the pure joy of being alive! She loves to be close to her human and is an expert cuddler, burrowing into my arms or putting her front paws on my lap so I can pet her cute wrinkled brow. She enjoys treats and takes them nicely, even sitting for them most of the time and her former owner tells us she knows her commands for down and stay as well. Sasha has lived with a doggie sibling and though were told she takes some time to get used to new dogs, she will play with those she feels comfortable around. Shes also said to be no fan of cats so the best home for Sasha would be one thats feline-free. Sasha was surrendered because of housing issues and its clear from her friendly personality and well fed, glossy-coated body that she was a beloved pet before joining us at the Care Center. Our hope for this little snugglebug is that shell soon be back where she belongs - in the arms of her new forever family. Could you be the one shes waiting for?
