SACP Nortcliff Esther Barsel VD branch had a succesful AGM on Sunday the 20th of July 2014. The newly elected leadership is as follows: Branch Secretary: Orphan Monama, Branch Chairperson: Nelson Sithagu, Branch Treasurer: Gcwalisani Dube, Branch Deputy Secretary: Eva Maroane, Branch Deputy Chairperson: Florence Sosiba. BEC members are as follows: Thapelo Dlamini, Rosinah Morake, Sebeela, Doctor Matlaila, Solomon Ngobeni, Vhonani Masindi and Cynthia Yaso. We are confident in this leadership that the AGM has elected and we are fully behind this leadership collective. We are humble by the unity that contiues to reign in our branch. The 3rd Branch Annual General Meeting saw the Domestic Workers (mainly women), who are the majority in the branch, coming forward in their numbers to occupy leadership positions in the branch. Building Working Class Power in our Communities, With and for the Workers and the Poor was the theme of our 3rd Branch Annual General Meeting. Forward to Socialism.
