SALVATION IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL U MAKE EFFORT. Pt 1 Luke 19:9 says “ Jesus said to him,“Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too,is a son of Abraham. When u read this chapter in d bible u will see d story of Zacchaeus d tax collector very rich n wealthy who heard about Jesus and wanted to know who Jesus was, but could not see Him because of d crowd for he was short but this man know that if he could make effort then his salvation is certain then he climb upon to a very tall tree which I believe he must have also hired people to help him get to d top to be able to see Jesus. But note one thing there, after seeing Jesus he didnt even call him but his effort made Jesus to notice him. WHO IS ZACCHAEUS? - He is a sinner - A tax collector - A rapist, thief, ritualist n anything against d commandment of God. WHY DID ZACCHAEUS RECEIVE SALVATION? - He made effort to know d man behind d miracle not d miracle man. - He is a giver to d poor people. - He admitted he is a sinner n has always forcefully collect things from people. - He is always willing to return whatever he has stolen in four folds. - He is willing to accept Christ into his home. Thank God He has given us a giving ministry where we train people on seed sowing inline with d scripture of God. Anyone who gives belong to Abraham generation n God show them love in a bountiful way. Many people thought by accepting Christ alone brings salvation, d answer to that is no. What brings salvation is making effort to know Christ even when u have no problem, confession of sins n making restitution, being a good giver n seed sower brings mercy n love of God then accept d man behind d miracle Jesus Christ, no shortcut to these steps at all. Ive heard some Pastors say ” once u confess Jesus with your mouth u are safe but ask why d problem still persist because other steps are missing. God loves a cheerful giver means whatever u lack u receive instantly once u seek it from God. So finally, The love of God plus giving towards d development of His people/ministry/less privilege with confession of Christ bring total salvation. Prayer points 1. Father, give me d grace to always please u through my resources n effort in Jesus 2.
