Confidential & Without Prejudice Dear Friends We have been waiting for almost 2 months for DLF to live up to its commitments but to our shock forget about living up to its commitments, DLF considering it has no answers for our genuine questions/ issues has stopped responding to all of its customers. You ask them genuine questions, give proofs of what you are saying, what will DLF do? Nothing. They just will not respond, give no appointments. They think one day we will get frustrated and shut up and give up on our genuine demands. If this is what DLF thinks they must be dreaming. May be they have forgotten New Town Heights. They seem to have forgotten 2009 or June 08, 2013. The whole experience of buying a house from DLF is a torture. The only time they will get slightly nice to you is when you go to book the apartment. Once you are trapped, get ready for the torture. They will not send demand letters on time. Give you commitments in writing but go back in it. Punish you for the smallest of mistake in the world but won’t care whatever they do. All this pain needs to end. DLF needs to start treating us like human beings. needs to remember that as customers we will stand up for our rights. Considering the way they have failed on every possible count, They today have no justification for denying us delay compensation or stopping delay compensation from date of OC. How do they expect us to move in the complex when there is no school in the area? We know DLF is big and we are just small individual middle class customers. The whole system is corrupt and against us but whatever they do they can’t break the unity among us. We will stand up for each other once again and fight back against this injustice. This fight is not just against delay compensation or sale of parking or other issues, it is a fight for our right to be treated as humans. Currently DLF treats us a cash cow which they can milk as and when it wants. We are going to fight back through non-violence and through satyagrah. We don’t know if we will win but we know one thing that we will not give up. The least we can do is let others know, not to buy from DLF. Last 5.5 years since booking apartment from DLF, we have not had a day of peace. Every single day they give us a shock. Time has come for all this to end. It is now or never. If we fail, at least we know we at least tried. We know with all of us together we can’t fail. Your core team is going to sit against this injustice on September 07, 2013 from 10 AM at Jantar Mantar and will not move till we get justice. I am sure all of you will join us.
