SAMS still singing! Its the morning after the night before at the charity buskathon - and music pals Sam Gibson and Derek Allan are still going strong. Last night Dinnington Social Club, near Newcastle, was packed as other musicians joined the pair to raise money for Diabetes UK at a round-the-clock music marathon. Heres Sam singing Squeeze from his album Plastic Universe, at the start of the 24-hour event organised by Acoustic Magic. The event ends at 4pm this afternoon. Musicians are invited to sing a few songs or people can just come along and listen and throw money busker-style to help the cause.
